- حين يذبل البصل نضيف الماء مقدار لتر و نصف.
- نقوم بتقشير البطاطا غسلها تقطيعها لمكعبات صغيرة ثم نقوم بقلييها.
- نخرج الدجاج من المرق و نقوم بتقطيعه الى قطع صغيرة و نقوم بتصفية المرق من قطع البصل (خطوة اختيارية).
- نضيف البطاطا و الدجاج في المرق المصفى و نتركه حتى ينضج ثم نضيف الكمون و نطفئ النار.
- يقدم بعد ان يضاف اليه قطرات من عصير الليمون و الكسبر الاخضر المقطع و زيت الزيتون (اختياري).
