2. نضيف الفرينه بالتدريج حتى نتحصل على عجينه طريه نتركها تختمر لمدة نصف ساعة.
3. بعد ما تختمر نحلها على شكل مستطيل او مربع كبير نمسح بالمرغرين ونذرذر عليه خليط الكاكاو والقرفه.
4. نرولي العجينه ونقطعها الى قطع ونضعها في مول مدهون او فيه ورق الطهي نتركها تختمر نص ساعة ونطيبها.
5. بعد ما طيب نسقيها بصوص بيضاء مرحيه في المكسور وتقدم ساخنه.
