1. نأخذ الإناء نضع البيض وكيس فانيلا وسكر نخلط جيداً حتى يذوب السكر ونقدر نستعمل المضرب الكهربائي ثم نضيف مبشور البرتقال وبعدها وبعدها قليل من الفرينة ومعها كيس الخميرة ونقسم الخليط لجزئين الأول نضيف له ملعقتين نشاء ونخلي العجينة طرية والجزء والثاني نضيف له ملعقة نشاء وملعقة شيكوري.
2. نأخذ القليل من العجينة البيضاء ونطرحها على سطح العمل ونخليها بجهة وناخذ قطعة ثانية من العجينة البنية ونطرحها بنفس قياس العجينة البيضاء.
3. انا هنا تعمدت ترك مسافة 1 سم لكي تكون واضحة بالصورة ثم نروليها على شكل حربوش ونحطها في بلاطو وندهنها بصفار بيض.
4. في صورة بعدما درت البيض حربوش درتلو الجلجلان و الثاني كاوكاو (فول سوداني) والأخير نخليه حتى يطيب (يستوي) وندير المربى والنواد كوكو ونتمنى تجربوه وبالصحة 👌👌👌هنا بعد ما طاب قسمت حبة وطبقات تبان.
